This CD was recorded at the same time as the CD entitled Blackburn Trail Center Disc 1 was while I was living in a cabin in West Virgina near the Appalachian trail. The cabin was called The Blackburn Trail Center and it was set up as a place for those who were hiking the Appalachian trail to stay the night, get a shower and some food, and then continue on their journey. I was staying there as a guest with a friend of mine and was able to minister the gospel to a number of the hikers. These songs were recorded on a tape deck with one microphone hanging between my guitar and vocals in late June of 1999. The recordings are not very good quality but many people have voiced appreciation for them so I am including them on this site. You can often hear birds in the background of the recordings which adds a pleasant touch. I hope in the future to re-record some of these songs in better quality.
